It’s an imaging modality which enhances detailing of any pathology. In turn, it helps us have a better treatment planning.

Amalgam Restoration

This are restoration done for cavities in the teeth. Usually done for molars. Based on the size and shape of the cavity the dentist would decide to do this restoration.

 

Composite Restoration

These are tooth coloured restorations. Cavities and fractures of front teeth are preferably filled by this material. Also small cavities in the molar teeth are filled by this material.

Root Canal Treatment

This procedure is done when the infection from a cavity reaches the innermost soft tissue of the teeth or still further to the root or root apex. It involves 2 or 3 visits followed by crown for the treated tooth.

 

Cast Partial Denture

These are dentures for few missing teeth. It has a metal component and a resin base. It is used when there is bilateral loss of posterior teeth.

Removable Partial Denture

These are dentures for few missing teeth made completely with acrylic (plastic) material. This option is usually a temporary solution and lasts for around 6 months.

 

Complete Denture

These dentures are made to replace a complete set of dentition (all teeth) and are used to provide elderly patients who have lost all their teeth with an optimal level of comfort, confidence and ability to chew food

Fixed Partial Denture

These dentures are custom made to the shape of the patient’s teeth and can be cemented to the remaining teeth in order to provide a fixed solution. Minimal amount of reduction of the nearby teeth are required to provide support for this treatment solution.

 

Dental Implants

These titanium posts are replacements of the tooth roots and are placed inside bone in areas where teeth are missing. Crowns are provided on top of the implant once bone heals around it. This is a permanent solution requiring the implant placement only once and does not require alteration or grinding of nearby teeth.

Removable appliance

Removable dental appliances are used to restore and protect your teeth, as well as to keep them from shifting out of place. Some removable dental appliances are used solely for cosmetic purposes. 

 

Self Ligating Braces

A type of brace which uses advanced technology to hold the wire. This type of braces are easy to maintain, painless and faster in action.

Ceramic Braces

These braces are tooth colored and are esthetic. They are available with the regular and self-ligating variety.

Clear Aligners

As an alternative to braces, these are transparent plastic sheets used to move your teeth. This type of treatment requires weekly change of the trays.

Commonly called as baby tooth root canal cleaning and filling done in children to save severely infected primary teeth.
