A Virtual Workshop on Animal cell culture techniques and its applications
Department of Physiology and Biochemistry conducted a virtual workshop on animal cell culture techniques and its applications by a Resource person named Dr. Bavanilatha, Associate professor, Department of Biotechnology, Satyabama Institute of Science and Technology on 31st March 2021… Dr. Sridevi, Head of the Department of Physiology, gave the welcome address and introduced the resource person to the audience. The participants for this virtual workshop were First year BDS students. During the workshop Dr. Bavanilatha demonstrated a clear video on various cell culture techniques which made the students to keenly observe to the techniques. At the end of the session, many students have voluntarily stood up and asked and shared many useful information’s and questions to the resource person.
